Notes
Workout: 3E, 3T, 8E, 2T, 2E
Stayed up late dancing and drinking at Laura and Stan's wedding and then hanging out with family drinking wine until ~midnight. Got up early to get the long workout in before breakfast and higher temperatures. Felt pretty confident especially after dominating the first 3 mile tempo. The course ended up being a bit hillier than I expected and I struggled quite a bit. The last 2 mile tempo was almost all uphill and into the wind and I just didn't have it.
Not the worst workout I've ever had by far and I still got 18 miles in for the day.
