Notes

Tried to go to the track for 6x1200 at I pace with 3 min jogging recovery but was interrupted by youth track and field practice. Tried out my new flats for 1.5 repeats which gave me good confidence that they would feel light and comfortable without socks. Then ran another 4 minutes at H pace which worked out well (right on/just under goal pace) but the workout was pretty much ruined so I got some decent mileage in and called it a day. The 5k on Saturday will have to do for a workout this week.
