I'm calling this a hill workout even though it was on the treadmill because I actually used the pre-programmed "hills" workout. It was actually more challenging than I thought because the treadmill enforces the pace on the uphills. There are also no downhills, so I was >1.5% incline the entire time.

But it was still on the treadmill, so whatever.
