Notes

Some drills and lifted full body with Sully:

Leg press (180 lbs of plates)-just right

Bench press (95 lbs, total)-not enough

Dead lift (50 lbs of plates)- just right

Lat pull down (6 bar)-just right

Shoulder press- 2x25lb dumb bell

Need to be consistently in the weight room 2-3x a week and doing core the other days. This should be a priority for the team.
