Steeplechase debut! Wanted to run 12:00, start off in 48 and then hit 1:36's from then out. Got out in ~45, stepped on all the barriers the first lap and then hurdled the rest. Clicked off 1:34's until the end, closing in 1:31. Hurdling was tough but didn't push too hard so that I would have plenty of energy to get over them all. Won by just under a minute, lapped third place.
