Day -1. Sketched out a training plan, at least until the end of the year. We'll see how it goes. This run felt good but was a bit of a pre-view of what the double long run weekends are going to feel like; I was a little stiff from the week off and the lifting yesterday.

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
