My legs have been getting more and more tired as this week goes on, and I am starting to get some nagging pains, so I'm going to make this a down week, which actually works out better, summer plan-wise. I'll run ~60 miles this week, and then ~75 for the next three after that, then end the summer with another down week (~60) so that when I get to school I'll be a little bit rested (in so far as you get rested running 60 miles in a week). I will probably also take a day off this week, seeing as it's been a month since my last day off...
