Notes
First 7 mile tempo run. I just focused on running smoothly and not straining to run a quick pace so I ended up a bit slower than the previous couple tempos but I did go an extra mile farther. The final mile was tough because it was a repeat of up-hill miles 1 and 4. Very pleased with this effort.
In other news, my back really hurt when I woke up. I don't know why and while it didn't hurt while I was running, it got right back to hurting when I got to work.
