Notes
Not as fast as I had hoped but faster than I thought I would run (I predicted 17:15). Ran to 5th place and helped Pratt and Whitney win the team trophy. The first mile seemed like it would be too fast (5:17) but I held on (11:07 at 2 miles). The course was very hilly so I don't think the mile splits say very much; the first mile was half down-hill and the second mile was mostly uphill. I am happy with what this says about my running though hopefully I'll be able to be more consistent.
As a note, I didn't run yesterday due to lost time at the accident and being pretty shaken up.
