Notes
Overall, this was a very good workout. It was pretty chilly out (~27-28 F) but the warm-up was sufficient and the tempo went well. I hadn't expected to move that quickly but I have been running well recently and the loop was very flat (Long Hill Road is neither long nor particularly hilly though it did provide a short uphill to get to the bridge over the rail road tracks).
Tell the Wind and Fire to stop... but don't tell me.
