Today my legs minded the run. I had some trouble with my gut but managed to hold it together until the end. I don't know how much extra recovery I got from the down week but I'm going to blame that on the squats, which I will continue to experiment with a way to get them to a level that help my strength without burning my runs.

It's kind of like an internal clock with us. When we run, we just, well we just know how fast we're going.
