Notes
Due to the snow that fell yesterday the footing on the sidewalk was pretty questionable but I pushed through it, perhaps a bit harder than I should have. It was pretty cold and it's only going to get colder so I am going to have to deal with that for a 10-miler and a tempo this week. I also have a 9am meeting tomorrow I want to prepare a little for, so we'll see how efficient I can be.
I never saved anything for the swim back.
