4x200, 4x400, 4x200. 200s in 36s, 400s in 72s. Felt pretty good and met/overachieved on every repeat without trouble despite the wind. After the last 400 I was feeling a little tired but then had to remind myself that the discomfort of this workout didn't even approach some of the workouts in college.
Did the repeats and recoveries in spikes. Felt good but the calves will be tight tomorrow.
