Tried to do my long run but my left foot hurt on the outside and I kept running until I couldn't - Brianna had to come out to get me on mile hill road. Other than the pain in my foot, everything felt great though. Hopefully nothing too serious, I have a request in to my favorite AT for a possible diagnosis.
