This run felt awesome. I just cruised so easily through 8 miles of 6 min/mile pace running and had a lot more in my legs at the end. I had to work very hard to slow myself down on the final mile that I was using as cool-down. This is one of the best things about running at racquet's edge, keeping the effort at exactly where I want.
These are the kind of runs that make me feel like I have awesome potential and if I wanted, I could spend the next month preparing for any race, 800m to marathon, and destroy it.
