So the idea of this workout was to run a 1k in 3:20, jog 200, do 200 comfortably fast over hurdles, and then jog 200, all of this repeated 5 times. The hurdles were in their lowest position and on the marks for the 300 hurdles, so I did 6 of them. I was surprising comfortable when I focused on attacking the hurdles, but if I lost confidence or focus for a second, I had trouble getting over the hurdle. This happened especially on the penultimate hurdle on the last two repeats. Still, I am very happy with this workout (one of the hardest I've ever done) and feel very good about my repeats over the hurdles.
