Notes

Felt good for the majority of the run. No tiredness left over in the legs but my breathing was a little more labored than I expected, though I haven't run in weather this warm since last summer.

Towards the end, however, my left knee started hurting on the side on the down-hills. I think it's the IT band which I have had trouble with before when my quads get tight so I will keep trying to loosen them up. I also think starting back after a 2-week break on some relatively rough trails may not have been the wisest course of action so I'll stick to flat roads while I build strength and endurance back up in my legs.
