This workout was very tough, especially around the 6:00 mark of the second 3k. I like to be a couple seconds ahead of 10 minute pace, but I was struggling to be right on, and came through 1800m in exactly 6:00. I wanted to pick up and finish a couple seconds ahead, and pushed through the final 1200m in 3:55 or so. Felt good to complete with on just under 5:00 recovery. I would like to be doing another 3k in a similar workout by the middle of the summer. Furthermore, I believe that I'm around 80 miles for today and the past 6 days. I'll just put in an easy 20 miles this weekend and finish out my first ever 80 mile week!
