Pretty good workout. I realized today that I cannot sprint as quickly/easily as I could in high school. This is because in high school I ran 25 miles in a week (if I was lucky) and almost all of it was in the form of all-out 100's and 200's. This is good training for an 800 runner with lots of talent, but not good training for a miler. Therefore, I am unconcerned.
