Notes
The weather was great again... I don't want this streak of great weather to end. My legs definitely feel the delayed muscle soreness from Tuesday but it certainly wasn't too bad and with an easy day tomorrow I should be ready to go for the weekend back-to-back long runs.
Sleep quality has not been good the past couple days. Monday night and last night I have had upsetting work-related dreams and last night Brianna said I was muttering in my sleep. I definitely need this mini-vacation because I've been getting pretty stressed at work.
This is also the first year in some time that I haven't run a turkey trot in town. The Williams closed down the Jarred Williams foundation. My thoughts are definitely with them this year; Jarred has been gone for 11 years now but it's still hard to believe he's gone.
