Workout: 6E + 5x(1km I w/2min E recovery) + 6x(400 R w/400 E recovery) + 2E
I felt okay starting this workout but it was really hot out today. It was already in the low 70's when I left home and it was in the mid-80's when I finished (around 8!). I was overheating very badly towards the end of the 1k's and I thought I'd be better off cutting it short and getting in some cold water instead of pushing through while my pace flagged.
