Notes

10x400 cut-downs with 400 jogging recovery. Getting ready for the Paul Mailman 10-miler, reminding my legs what it's like to run fast again. I don't want to have to attempt to unleash a sub-60 last quarter mile, but God willing, that's what I'll do if it's necessary.

Easy 10 miler tomorrow and then it's the big day!
