Pretty good tempo run. It hurt a lot but I felt like this was a good strength-building workout. I've also been keeping up pretty well with my strength routine.

On the other hand, I believe I just stubbed my toe so hard I broke it. I did it before dinner and it still hurts and is very swollen.
