6x1000 on the track with a run up to the top of the hill added on.
I felt pretty good in this workout, although I felt like we went a bit hard at the beginning. Nevertheless, I feel like this workout bodes well for my fitness during the track season. I would like to point out that Mario is annoying during workouts; he sandbagged the first 5 repeats and then blew by me at the end of the last repeat. Doesn't help him and it makes him look like a tool.
