Notes
First interval workout since I started running "seriously" again. I was shooting for 3:00/lap to get used to the 6:00/mi pace that I'm planning on running next Wednesday at the corporate 5k. I felt pretty good and was even about 10s faster than I intended (once I settled into a pace).
Also, it's been a while since I've run intervals on a grass course, but I really like this one. The terrain is a little rougher than I'm used to but between this grass track and the hills around here I should get strong really quickly.
