Bleh. Trying to get the run in before it snows (success). I intended to do two 3-mile tempos but it turned out that the poop I took before the run was more of a down payment than a full deposit. I had to cut it short and run back to the gym to pay the balance (plus interest).
My legs felt great and I definitely wish I could have gone for the second 3-mile tempo to see what I could have done. This was sufficiently easy that I will be trying to sneak in another workout this week.
