25 lbs- DB Snatch

2x25 lbs- Incline bench

2x15 lbs- lunges

2x3 lbes- Running Culrs

25 lbs- Pull over

2x25 lbs- Squats

This one was a lot of triceps and quads. I probably shouldn't have done it before running, but I survived.
