The same workout as last weekend in, in theory. In general, I ran the hill portions more quickly, but took a bit more time for recovery. I am very happy with this, though, and can't wait to take the strength I'm getting from these hills and the extra weekly mileage and put the hammer down on the hilly/muddy courses. I especially have CCRI in mind. I hope it's a complete shit-show, because I know that if it is, I will absolutely dominate.
