Notes

I had intended to do a "cruise interval"- style workout with 5x1mile at T-pace (I recently bought Daniels' Running Formula). I thought that I had read that 3minute recoveries were appropriate for this kind of workout (the problem with making up the workout in the car on the way to the gym) but this workout felt pretty easy and Daniels suggests 1-2min for this kind of workout.

In other news, when I got there, there was not a person in sight. By the time I left, the place was crawling with police and their K-9s running around, letting the dogs poop and stuff. Bizarre.
