GREAT RIDE! WOW! FAST!
The wind was from the south and picked up throughout the day.
After the swim, I had bad GI issues. Took a 9+ minute transition and used the portapotty to do #2.
Along the ride, the first 30 miles, I felt very uncomfortable with my GI. Not sure what was going on.
After mile 70, I don't remember my GI issues. I felt better.
Nutrition:
6 salt tabs
1 endurolyte fizz (in aero bottle)
5 strawberry honey stingers (out of wrap and in my binto box)
7 shot blocks (strawberry flavor)
1st aid station, pick up 1 water and 1 IMFluid
every aid station, pick up 1 IMFluid, with maybe a total of 4 H20 throughout the ride.
During 1st 30 minutes, I started with some endurolytes, but also had 1 honey stinger
During 2nd 30 minutes, I had my 2nd honey stinger and my 1st shot block
After Hour 1, I finished my endurolyte.
Filled my aero with IMFluid, and had extra water behind me.
every 45 minutes, salt
every hour, 24oz of fluid (mostly electrolyte fluid, but a couple H2O)
every hour, 1 stinger
every 30 minutes (for first 2 hours), 1 shot block
every 1 hour (for rest of ride), 1 shot block
