no watch... it broke again.

biked 1 hour this morning (at an easy pace).

at noon, decided to run 3 or 4 miles at an easy pace (9:00+), but got a minor feeling in my hips that I decided to hit "stop" at the 2.0 marker.

still some recovery from Sunday's race, I guess.
