ran w/ JK in preparation for 1/2 marathon next week.

Effort was too high for me for a training run.

I needed a full 24 hours to recover, and I think (24 hours later) any activity this morning wouldn't be good. Should have had a more relaxing (lower HR) run, but really enjoyed the conversation and run with JK
