easy run, plus weight machines. The top of my left foot felt uncomfortable and reminded me that it felt this way early in my long run on Sunday. I loosened my shoe, which helped some. Also, the outside of my right knee was giving me some discomfort, again mimicking what I had felt Sunday. Seemed especially bad on the hamstring machine, so I cut those reps short at 1x10. Hopefully tomorrow's day off will cure both of these things.
