WU, then 9:30 m/M. Yesterday, my right knee had some twinges just after my run. Not today, which was good. But on the lower-back stretches (10), I could feel a strain below my right knee. I did a full set of weight machines. I'm up to 10 pull-ups now, 75 lb for the chest and bicep work. 20 lb for arm/shoulder work. I use 70 lb for everything else except leg work, which is 130 lb.
