Since my last LR was only 2 days ago, I knew this would be tough. And it was. Mid-point HR (I forgot to hit the lap button) was 139 and 149 bpm, then 152 bpm at the end of the 2nd tempo mile, so I quit the tempo pace. Weight machines after. Weight (159.8 lb.) was first thing this morning, up a little from the day before.
