Notes

With eggs (but some OJ also) for breakfast, I did 6 easy (9:40, moving to 9:22 m/M after 2 M) miles on the TM. HR got as high as 123 bpm but I think mostly settled at about 121. Paused to drink every mile, and HR after 5-m CD was 77 bpm.
