The temp was about 39 when I started, so I got to wear my new arm warmers. I had intended to do 10 M with Jonathan and John (Beth and Brenda were there for 4) but my knee was giving me constant signals, rather than occasional twinges I am used to getting, so I walked the last 2 M.
