Notes

For this and the past couple runs, I have put in the SuperFeet. I started out at about 9:45 m/M then settled into 9:17 m/M. HR was about 126 bpm (15 s check by the clock). All upstairs and so far I don't feel any unilateral hip discomfort like I did when I ran 10 M in Lied. The ball of my left foot is achy, though. I'm not sure the SuperFeet help.
