Treadmill

Notes

Wanted to try out my brace. Def. cuts the pain by almost 50%. I certainly can run through it. No real goals in miles this week, just to run. Started out at 4.5 on the treadmill for a bit and then bumped it up to 5.0 and stayed there till I was done. Could have done more, but opted to be smart and stop. This is promising to me!
