Drank 1.5 cups of water before along with a salt packet..Experimenting a bit. This run went better than last weeks. Greg met me at mile 6 took a few sips of water and a piece of gum- I instantly felt a jolt from that little bit of sugar in the gum- felt great.
Legs started to feel heavy around mile 10.5 but was able to keep it together fairly well. Teetered around mile 11 and thought about calling it quits, but I knew I had the gas to go to my original goal. Glad I did..
