these are a little hard to do with the weather..not a good day to try these- too much extra resistance with the rain and wind. Last one I did.
Side Note- I think I need to even out my pace a bit- I start off too hard- I can do around this speed if I slow up a hair on the front end. Not bad- these legs have some power in em'..with more training and more mileage who knows what they can do for me..
