Notes
I really struggled with this one today I blame multiple things really. The lay-off, feeling sluggish and very tired and my stomach not being back to 100%..With the laxitive finally kicking in from yesterday my stomach feels all sorts of gurgily and just blah..so it went like this:
Run 9min-walk 1
Run 8min-walk 1
Run 8 min-walk 1
Finish off with running 9 minutes and change
then into cool down.
I was literally saturated with sweat and just felt wiped out. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow or at least a little.
