Felt great during this one. Warmed up for 5 minutes. I promised myself I was going to do this at a slow pace and take walk breaks early on. I took a total of 7 walk breaks at 1minute Intervals each. The last mile ran it straight through and sped up my pace a bit, with the last quarter mile being run at 5.5. My left hip flexor started bothering me at mile 5 and some slight soreness in my knees. Nothing to impeded my running.
Stretched when I was done. Felt good, not tired or worn out at all. Which tells me I ran a comfortable pace for myself today.
