meh..when am I gonna start feeling good?
Im not real happy with myself and my eating. I cannot eat a square of fucking cake and a cup of coffee and then 3 hours later have 3 mini pretzel sticks and then go out and run. WTF. Its a wonder, between not sleeping and my eating in the shitter than my running is to hell.
Eating has always been a struggle for me..I never eat with consistency and I sure as hell dont eat enough to support my running.
