Used the hrm again today..also used the Split Function on my watch to see what was going on. Still think I'm going out too fast and I also think that with the hills on this particular run my times may be a little slower vs a flatter course. Anyway:

Split 2-13:05
Split 3-12:12:62
Split 4-11:26:20
Every Split was a mile.
