10 x 1/4 mile EIM around twin lakes- average 91
Cold 32 degrees with wind chill being lower. Felt a bit sluggish. Left IT band was fine except for just a little slight tightness in the last 2 miles. Also felt some occasional weird tightness/pain in my right quad.
