5k TT on Niwot track. Splits- 3:38, 3:38, 3:44, 3:46, 3:31
Super happy with a 25 second improvement over 3 weeks ago. Was kind of windy but didn't seem to affect me too much thankfully. I was super worried/nervous before starting that it would be hard to hit 89/90 per lap right from the beginning but after seeing the first couple laps in 87ish with a pretty relaxed effort, my nerves settled down and I was able to relax and focus on the effort.
Still learning how to run a race effort at altitude. I think I easily could've run 6k today with basically no slowdown in my average pace, so you could say this was still pretty controlled.
