Felt pretty good for the threshold. Would've done 5 reps but stopped at 4 so as to not overdo things before this Sunday's 3000m time trial.
Right knee cap- 9/10, only bothersome while running slow. Think it's from doing squats on Monday. Going to resume daily PT and up the voltaren usage + buy some more kt-tape
