Time trial was exactly 5 laps of the celestial loop. GPS always is wildly off on this loop for some reason.
Google earth distance for time trial- 3.24 miles, time- 19:08, pace- 5:54/mile
Hot out but I dealt with it a lot better, must be acclimating a bit already.
Happy with the effort even if I didn't get my A-goal for today of 5:52 pace. Only 2 seconds/mile off isn't bad at all. Equivalent to about a 18:19 5k according to JD. Altitude PR is 18:17 on a track.
I'd say today is slightly more impressive than the 18:17 track time.
