Felt pretty good overall. warm day, 6603 ft DA at start. Bit of a heart rate drift due to the warmth, maybe my threshold has gotten a little worse the last 2 weeks. Right hamstring was fine, held together still 10/10 but not quite right.
Not racing today was a good decision.
